What does my resident receive?
A qualifying resident receives $10 off the first month of rental when using an activated partner code. The discount is for the first month only.
When does my $20 reward qualify?
After your referred resident completes the first three successful monthly rental payments. A signup alone does not qualify, and failed payments do not count.
Can we keep using the postcards we already have?
Yes. Residents can scan the existing postcard to reach Quack Rentals. Once your code is activated, share it with them for checkout.
Does this cover an entire-property agreement?
Propertywide washer and dryer agreements are handled separately. Visit our property owners and managers page to request a proposal.

Earn a one-time $20 for each qualifying referral. Keep your eligible rewards together and request a gift card when you are ready.
Build your reward balance
A referral qualifies after the resident completes their first three successful monthly rental payments and Quack verifies eligibility. Pending referrals are not available to redeem.
For example, three qualifying referrals earn $60 before any redemptions.
Redeem when you are ready
Gift-card requests start at $20 and cannot exceed your verified, unredeemed rewards. Quack reviews your account and approves each request before a gift card is issued.
